Hal Janke majored in Business and Finance at Cal State Northridge and attended UCSD extension to further his business background. Additionally Hal served five years in the Marine Corp. in active and reserve duty in USMC, Marine Air Wing.

Glenn Baxley, Broker Associate, of Sunbelt of San Diego Coast, graduated with a B.A. from University of Arizona and Lewis Clark State College in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Sociology. Glenn has owned multiple businesses over the last 20 years, including 15 years of extensive Marketing and Sales as a V.P. Glenn started and developed Creative Threads Inc. taking revenues from less than $100 to over $7MM annually. Glenn managed a company staff consisting of 50 employees and 17 Sales Reps throughout the United States and Canada; improving operational procedures and profits. Business Development as a Premier Banking Manager at Wells Fargo Glenn orchestrated loans, lines of credit, and home equity lines of credit; from $250,000 to $3 million. As Owner and President of Jani-Tech, Glenn took sales from $325,000 to over $1.2 million in just two years. Glenn has a proven track record of success wherever he has been. Jim brings to Sunbelt over 15 years experience in real estate acquisition and the financial sector. Jim speaks Korean fluently. Jim’s background encompasses a diverse array of business and sales experience. Jim has successfully built and operated his own small businesses, making him uniquely qualified to understand the intricacies of entrepreneurial ventures. Personally familiar with all aspects of small business, Jim is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals.
