Businesses range in value from $ $150,000 to $40,000,000, including: manufacturing, service, retail, multiple and single locations, franchise or independent, automotive related, car washes, aerospace, medical, hydraulics, steel, and fabrication manufacturing sectors.  

 Prior to becoming a business broker/intermediary Hal Janke was President and owner of four retail/service businesses. Hal Janke is a CBI, Certified Business Intermediary, (highest designation in the industry), Mergers And Acquisitions (M&A Source), Member of IBBA, International Business Brokerage Association, Fellow of the IBBA (for outstanding dedication and service) and SBA (Senior Business Analyst).

 Hal Janke was honored and recognized as the Top Salesperson of the Year receiving awards at VR, Sunbelt and Page-Olson nine different times in his business brokerage career.

 Hal Janke majored in Business and Finance at Cal State Northridge and attended UCSD extension to further his business background. Additionally Hal served five years in the Marine Corp. in active and reserve duty in USMC, Marine Air Wing.

 Hal has written numerous articles in business publications, newsletters, and has been a business broker/intermediary instructor for work shops and classroom presentations.  Hal is a team steward at his church.

 

Sage Husmann - Associate, Licensed Agent

Sage has been a Licensed Agent for over 7 years. She studied Psychology and Sociology at M.S.U. from 1985-1990; Social Sciences abroad in London from 1987-1988; International Business in Boulder, Colorado 1999-2000.
She comes to Sunbelt from the Business Sector as a Global Sales Manager, where her 10+ years experience has been in the International and North American Markets. She has worked in depth with Fortune 1000 and 500 companies, including accounts ranging from Microsoft, Apple, Pixar Animations Studios, IBM, Qual Comm, Cisco, McKesson, Government entities, and the United Nations.

While living in Europe, she managed sales in 17 European Union countries, Middle East, and Africa; as well as, the top Healthcare Buying Groups, Hospitals, and Nursing Home facilities in North America, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. She has had vast experience working with Channel Partners, OEM, Manufacturing, Wholesale and Distribution Companies in the Telecommunications sector.

Sage was brought in as the Director of Global Sales for a clothing manufacturer, helping to set a foundation to launch the designers clothing line, working with Top Retail accounts such as Walmart, Cabella’s, Nordstroms, Costco, and TJMaxx.

She has consistently won awards in her business career as a top producer. Achieving President Club honors 10 years consecutively, consistently remaining in the top 5% of the sales force, and exceeding revenue goals of $4million (U.S.) per year.

Linh Le - Broker Associate

Linh Le, as a Business Broker Associate, for Sunbelt of San Diego Coast, is licensed bringing forth a vast business background.  He studied and majored in business at San Diego State University with an emphasis in marketing and advertising.  Linh speaks fluent Vietnamese.

Linh has started, managed, and sold over half a dozen successful businesses in the past ten years.  Including a cyber café which he started while in college at the age of 21, a cell phone store at start of the mobile communications bloom, a print & design company which had clients as small as a coffee shop to multi-million dollar corporations, 2 web stores which both saw profitability in the first three months of operation, and a contracting company with 15 employees with sales over $100,000 monthly.

Glenn Baxley - Broker Associate, B.A.

Glenn Baxley, Broker Associate, of Sunbelt of San Diego Coast, graduated with a B.A. from University of Arizona and Lewis Clark State College in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Sociology. Glenn has owned multiple businesses over the last 20 years, including 15 years of extensive Marketing and Sales as a V.P. Glenn started and developed Creative Threads Inc. taking revenues from less than $100 to over $7MM annually. Glenn speaks fluent Spanish.
Glenn managed a company staff consisting of 50 employees and 17 Sales Reps throughout the United States and Canada; improving operational procedures and profits. Business Development as a Premier Banking Manager at Wells Fargo Glenn orchestrated loans, lines of credit, and home equity lines of credit; from $250,000 to $3 million. As Owner and President of Jani-Tech, Glenn took sales from $325,000 to over $1.2 million in just two years. Glenn has a proven track record of success wherever he has been.
